   Comments received on the two Task Force options papers are now available in the Discussion Papers section.
   
   
2. September 3, 2004
   The comment period for the two Task Force options papers has been extended to September 24, 2004. Many of the comments received prior to July 31, 2004 on these two papers did not focus on the options described in each paper, nor did they suggest additional options the Agency should consider to address the problems stated in these papers and/or other problems not mentioned. Therefore, the Task Force has extended the comment period to request additional comments on the options offered in these papers and solutions/recommendations the Agency should consider to address the problems stated in these papers and/or other problems not mentioned.

   Two upcoming internet seminars to discuss the recently-completed options papers have been scheduled for:
